Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Basket' and you will have the chance to review your basket. Click on continue after reviewing your purchases and then after that you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments which are processed through Paypal so all transactions are secure. We also take payments via direct Debit, cheques and payments over email or phone using our f-pos facility. If you are shopping from any where outside Australia after you place your order we will contact you in regard to the final costs including international freight and in the currency of your choice.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. All orders are charged for immediately. For orders on items currently out of stock you may send your credit card information via phone, email or fax and then payment will be processed once the stock becomes available. This will ensure you are put on the waiting list for the stock.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In this case a full refund will be issued.

 Images
All our images are for illustrational purposes. Your item may differ slightly to images shown though this is usually very unlikely.

Shipping And Handling 
Generally deliveries in Australia are generally made via Australian Post. Orders within Tasmania can be with a Local freight company and pickup is also possible. All International orders will be sent via air mail. The purchaser is responsible for all postage fees which are stated when checking out an item. Should our system charge you the incorrect postage you will have the choice to pay the extra fees or cancel your order. If we charge you too much for shipping and handling we will refund the extra currency. Items lost in the post are the responsibility of the courier. Should an item not be received the customer will be given the details of postage and they will have to contact the courier. If you would like insurance on items posted please contact us for a price as an additional fee may apply. Please allow up to 14 days for your item to arrive before contacting us.

Delivery Schedule
We process the orders on a first come first served basis. We will normally send your order to you within 1-5 business days depending on how many orders have built up. Custom customised. For a more detailed delivery time please contact us.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you would like to reserve your item for when the stock becomes availablecontact us and we will put you on the waiting list.

Tax Charges
For all orders there are no tax charges to the customer.

Credit Card Security
All card payments are processed through Paypal so we do not store any customer card details. On orders via email or by phone all details are destroyed on completion of payment. NOTE: You do not need to sign up to Paypal to make a payment via credit/debit card.

Privacy Policy 
Eureka Products doesdo not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy 
If you feel you have a valid reason for a refund please contact usand we will look into the matter. Should we decide to refund your item then a 25% re-stock charge will apply. There will be an additional postage charge for all exchanges. This charge will be the same as the delivery charge you were initially charged upon purchase.
