Returns Policy
 If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken).

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. However, 20% of restocking fees will be charged to cover handling cost under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for any return shipping charge and returned products lost in post.

However if the product(s) was spoilt or the contents were in any way defective we will replace such items at our cost. Obviously this is not a normal situation and we want our customers to be happy.

Simply follow this procedure:

2. Warranty period:  A normal warranty period of 30 days applies for all products. However returns will be considered on a case by case basis.

3. Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. 
 4. Any  items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund. If the returned package is lost in transit and it is not insured, sender is responsible for the loss. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.
