Apricot Kasaundi

So you liked our traditional Kasaundi made with tomatoes and spices. Well we decided to remove the tomatoes and replace them with apricots. This chutney still has the great spice mixture we developed for our long loved Kasaundi. I think the change was well worth while as the apricot alternative is very smooth and slightly sweeter than our tomato based Kasaundi. We think you will like it.
